Having been determined by Wikifactum’s ombudsperson as a likely victim of prejudicial injustice by persons in authority, upon approval for the site, the lessee is deemed to have a compelling situation that needs exposure based on provable and documented facts. Wikifactum may serve as their substantive first court of appeal and is certainly a venue for driving pressure headlong into the federal court of appeals.
Recommendations
Wikifactum will shield the lessee’s project until we deem their vault is ready for public viewing. We know the tentacles of officialdom and its retribution are long. By not providing information regarding the lessee on the website until their vault is ready for public viewing, we give them a modicum of protective safeguards for those whose claims are subsequently found to be dubious.
