—The advance fee of $500.00 is used to cover the initial cost of arranging the applicant’s cloud vault and the Ombudsperson’s initial case review of the applicant’s claim.
—Having been determined by Wikifactum’s Ombudsperson as a likely victim of prejudicial injustice by persons in authority, the lessee is deemed to have a compelling situation that needs exposure based on provable and documented facts. The annual leasing fee of $225.00 per annum for file storage and site maintenance is due immediately.
—In the event the lessee wishes the Ombudsperson to review, comment or suggest modification to the lessee’s factum composition, the one-time Ombudsperson’s fee is $250.00.
—Following approval by Wikifactum and receiving the log in details to their cloud storage vault, the lessee’s factum narrative will be available for review by any parties interested in their case.

—With editorial approval, lessees can publish their case on Doing Time News for $350.00 per half page.
—A consulting fee with a minimum of one hour at the rate of $150.00 per hour will be paid through our portal to our Ombudsperson for questions related to a vault lessee’s case post the approval and implementation of the lessee’s site.
STEP 1 — Case Review Request
Case Review Request — Ombudsperson Initial Case Review Fee (includes arranging applicant’s Cloud Vault): $500
Following the Ombudsperson’s favorable review and determination that the applicant has suffered from prosecutorial injustice, the Ombudsperson will issue the applicant a personal username and password for logging into their cloud site.
NOTE: Should you decide to revise your initial submitted Case Review, an additional, one-time Ombudsperson fee is required. — One-time Revised Case Review Fee: $250
